This woman has taken 50-odd pictures of her daughter with all these exotic animals. The process of combing through the photos became much more interesting to me when I pretended that the animals weren’t real, and it was just Amelia imagining them - that somehow these photographs were able to capture just what animal she read about that day and decided she wanted to play with. It gets really gets fun once you hit the elephants.
